WEIGHT WATCHER’S BLT PASTA SALAD

This fun Weight Watcher's BLT Pasta Salad is the perfect select to convey to your next 4th of July assemblage.  A lighter variant of a food salad with a twirl on the classic BLT sandwich.


INGREDIENTS :

  • 1 pepper
  • 4 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 3 2/3 cup large macaroni shells pasta, cooked
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 salt
  • 1/2 cup fat free mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup light sour cream 
  • 3 cup lettuce, thinly sliced 
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp cider vinegar
  • 4 slice bacon, cooked and crumbled

MANUAL :

  1. In a largish arena, mix pasta, monastic, tomatoes, and lettuce.
  2. In a pocketable containerful, mix sugar, vinegar, dressing, acidity remove, condiment, and diplomacy and pepper to appreciation.
