STICKY THAI PEANUT ORANGE CHICKEN

Sticky Asian Tyke Orangeness Poultry sunbaked in one of my pet course, stimulating, tasteful, spicy sauces ever.   You are going to  break in jazz with the flavors and palliate of this ply!



INGREDIENTS :

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs

Rub :

  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tsp EACH ground ginger, garlic pwder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp EACH onion pwdr, paprika, ground cumin, salt

Sticky Thai Peanut Orange Sauce :

  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  • 3-4 tablespoons brown sugar depending on desired sweetness**
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1/3 cup crunchy peanut butter 
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha/Asian hot chili sauce, more or less to taste
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce

Garnish :

  • green onions
  • orange zest
  • Chopped roasted peanuts

INSTRUCTIONS :

  1. In a substance vessel, whisk together sauce ingredients. Set content
  2. Preheat oven to 400F degrees.
  3. Mix Rub Ingredients unitedly in a petite ball and rub all over chickenhearted.
