Greek Lemon Garlic Chicken Salad

This is a meal I tell whenever I go any where. It's e'er a firmness between this and a Poultry Avocado Caesar Salad. Lately, this one wins safekeeping hair (I go through stages). Ingredients

  • 1 clove of garlic , minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
For The Salad:

  • 1/2 red onion , sliced thinly
  • 1 green pepper (capsicum), deseeded and sliced
  • 1/2 cup (3 oz | 80 g) pitted Kalamata olives
  • 3 lebanese cucumbers , halved lengthways and sliced thick
  • 7 oz | 200 g marinaded Feta cheese , cubed
  • 250 g | 8 oz cherry tomatoes (or grape tomatoes)

Manual
