THE BEST VEGAN MEATBALL SUBS EVER

I decided to call these the individual vegan meatball subs e'er because, surface, they are - thanks to the super luscious chickpea meatballs! Top with your fav marinara sauce, both vegan parm, and you make an awful party or repast that present delight the integral lineage.

This amazingly luscious direction for vegan meatball subs is precious by plant-based pedigree and meat-eaters alike! 



INGREDIENTS :

  • marinara sauce - this is my recipe
  • chickpea meatballs
  • vegan parmesan
  • sub rolls

INSTRUCTIONS :

  1. In a 400 accolade oven, wassail your subs on a hot artefact for 6-8 minutes. (If using unthawed chickpea meatballs instead of freshly prefabricated, set in a hot dish in the oven at the same temperature for 10 minutes)
  2. Meantime, cordial up the marinara sauce in a sauce pot on the stove.
  3. Area the legume meatballs in the toasted sub rolls, top with the amount of marinara you want, and wet with cheese. Guttle!
