SYN FREE ONE POT BEEF FAJITA PASTA

• spray oil
• 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper

To Serve :

• fresh chopped cilantro 
• 60g (2oz) of cheddar cheese, grated - 2 HEa's

INSTRUCTIONS :
