Coffee Smoothie

The perfect way to start your morning with potable, oats, flaxseeds and bananas, all in one!


INGREDIENTS :

  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 1 cup soy milk or almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseeds meal
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4- cup rolled oats

INSTRUCTIONS :

  1. Swarm tree into an ice solid tray and cooling overnight.
  2. Mingle all the ingredients in a mixer, including the coffee ice cubes and agree until marmoreal.
  3. Appreciation for sugariness and alter accordingly.
