THE BEST ITALIAN MEATLOAF

Here's the first European meatloaf! Weak and scrumptious with European seasonings, mozzarella and tomato sauce. It promises to be a favorite!



INGREDIENTS :

  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • ½ cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 vine-ripened tomato, diced
  • 1 + ½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ¾ cup tomato sauce
  • olive oil, for sauteing
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 + ¼ pounds ground beef or turkey
  • 1 fire roasted red pepper, diced
  • 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS :
