PEACH PIE SMOOTHIE BOWL

A curdled, creamy, catalyst filled pink charmer with all the flavors of pink pie! Assist it in a concavity topped with granola, almonds, and sassy pink slices for a fun and filling breakfast!

To founder the hypocrite that peach pie savor I added in almond butter, laurel, nutmeg, and seasoner. To alter it and pay it lots of catalyst I utilised Greek yogurt and I also threw in a ghb of flavouring accelerator powder. The protein pulverization is optional and the pretender tastes extraordinary with or without it. INGREDIENTS :

  • 3/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1 scoop unflavored or vanilla protein powder 
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Fresh peach slices, granola, and toasted sliced almond for toppings
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen peaches
  • 1 tablespoon honey, use more if you like it sweeter

MANUAL :

  1. In a liquidiser add all of the ingredients except the toppings and agree until waxy.
  2. Pour the smoothy into a dish and top with sweet peach slices, granola, and toasted almond slices.
