OVEN ROASTED BREAKFAST POTATOES

I hump breakfast foods, of all kinds!  As a kid, breakfast for dinner was one of my pet meals to have… and it relieve is today .The next second you're thought of what to feature alongside your foodstuff or airship, try these breakfast potatoes.  Perfectly cured and cooked red-skin potatoes lidded with caramelized onions, crispy scientist and refreshed herbs.  The perfect face containerful for breakfast!

INGREDIENTS

  • 5-6 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 lbs red-skin potatoes chopped into small pieces
  • 1-2 Tbsp bacon grease or olive oil
  • 1 yellow onion diced
  • pepper to taste
  • Minced fresh rosemary for garnish
  • Minced fresh thyme for garnish
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme


Manual
