CRUNCHY TACO CUPS

How fun are these young Taco Cups prefabricated in a gem tin?? Kevin Darling them, and I don't suppose I'll e'er be competent to form tacos other way again! They're layers of crunchy taco cover, cured cattle, spicy tomatoes, and adhesive cheese all in one perfect bite.

They were specified a brobdingnagian hit because, you see, I am a fricative taco sort miss. But Kevin prefers crunchy tacos. So whenever we had taco night, we ever had to egest two diverse kinds. BUT. These tasty short taco cups are the finest of both worlds. The extracurricular is solid snappy and crunchy. But the inner is fluffy and melty! Rightful how I equivalent it. We both admired them!



INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (or Mexican blend)
  • 1 lb lean ground beef, browned and drained
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 1 (10-oz) can Ro-Tel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chiles
  • 1 envelope (3 tablespoons) taco seasoning

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Generously surface a normative filler muffin tin with nonstick cookery spray.
  2. Combine lyonnaise boeuf, taco seasoning, and tomatoes in a containerful and agitate to amalgamate. Communication apiece cup of spread muffin tin with a wonton cloak.
