Baked Firecracker Chicken Tenders

Scorched Cracker Poultry Tenders - so promiscuous with the most amazing goody and spicy Oriental sauce - plus they're so much healthier than the fried variant!


INGREDIENTS :

  • 1½ cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded to ½ inch thickness
  • ⅓ cup flour
  • 3 eggs + 3 tablespoons water

Sauce

  • ½ cup sugar
  • ⅓ cup Frank’s hot sauce 
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • ⅔ cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS :

  1. Preheat oven to 425 and grease a whopping baking wrapper with nonstick spray. Part fearful breasts into 1-inch wide strips. Add flour and fearful strips to a banging zip-lock bag, device, and provoke to covering wuss.
