Scorched Cracker Poultry Tenders - so promiscuous with the most amazing goody and spicy Oriental sauce - plus they're so much healthier than the fried variant!
INGREDIENTS :
- 1½ cups panko breadcrumbs
- 3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded to ½ inch thickness
- ⅓ cup flour
- 3 eggs + 3 tablespoons water
Sauce
- ½ cup sugar
- ⅓ cup Frank’s hot sauce
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- ⅔ cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS :
- Preheat oven to 425 and grease a whopping baking wrapper with nonstick spray. Part fearful breasts into 1-inch wide strips. Add flour and fearful strips to a banging zip-lock bag, device, and provoke to covering wuss.
